Course Schedule

Pack & Paddle offers guided kayak tours, ACA certified kayak instruction
and canoe and kayak rentals from our retail location in the historic riverfront city of Beacon, NY.

Easy access is available to prime Hudson River paddling destinations such as Constitution Marsh and West Point, Bannerman's Island and the Moodna Creek, Denning Point and the Fishkill Creek, Esopus Island and Esopus Light House to name just a few. From your kayak you will enjoy gorgeous views of the Hudson Highlands, including Breakneck Ridge, Storm King Mountain, Mount Beacon and the Fishkill Ridge.

Come take a lesson or be guided by our trained and courteous staff on a half-day flatwater kayak trip. All Pack and Paddle instructors are American Canoe Association certified and our lead guides are licensed by the
New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.

Join us for a full or half day kayaking program and experience the grandeur and ecological diversity that the Hudson River Valley has to offer.

Note: For your safety, we strongly recommend that before you rent a kayak and go out on the Hudson River that you understand it's tidal nature, have some kayak touring experience and or take a lesson first.
